  • Running my own affiliate marketing on the side, because I practice what I preach

I’m an AWeber Certified Expert and a customer of 22 years — long enough that AWeber and I have basically been on more dates than most married couples. I’ve also been trained on email copy by Ash Ambirge, Laura Belgray, and Ian Stanley, so if my emails ever make you laugh, blame them.

Before all this, I spent nearly 30 years in I.T. — old enough to remember the internet before it had pictures. Free domain names by mail, UNIX terminals, Lynx before Mosaic made browsers look like browsers. I mention it mostly so you know that when I say “let’s fix your email deliverability,” I’ve earned the right to say it with a straight face.

I eventually took that IT brain and pointed it at marketing — working with names like Dan Hollings, Russell Brunson, and Rachel Rofe — until I landed on the thing that actually mattered: email. Not funnels, not likes, not follows. A list you own, that nobody can take away from you.
